  • An in-house Marketing Training program resulted in new product and market development plans valued at >$400 million for a $1B+ Chemicals/Polymer company. The training was part of an strategic business development initiative and was delivered to their leadership team of Marketing Managers, Business Managers and General Managers.
  • A plastic parts supplier that found itself needing to restructure its business after a downturn in their automotive market

Digital Marketing

  • Over 1,000 sales leads generated in the first 18 months after integrating digital and traditional marketing in a lead generation project as part of a new website design. The mid-sized specialty chemical producer contracted a digital marketing consultant to improve website SEO, navigation, graphics and user experience. VCS2  worked with the client’s Vertical Business Developers and the website designer to develop content to attract website visitors and convert that traffic to sales leads.
